if i had the money, id have gone for a compression style down-spiral bit but hey you get results - - you dont score the top lamination with a blade do you?
The better version is the adjustable one where the user doesn't need a router bit that exactly matches the wood thickness. Adjust the jig width to the wood thickness, then use a bearing router bit that is smaller using two passes, one on each side of jig's groove.
@@Andy-uq9eo But it's a strange type of plywood, thick solid wood center with two thin veneers on each side. I've never seen anything like it in the United States. Maybe it's just a Japan thing.
If u are using an electricity for that, hoping a alternate for that will be there without Electricity. Some kinda leg pedals or hand wheels... If not hoping for the new inventions for all this kinda Production. Entrie Tools, Design, Manufacturing, Products Production kits without Electricity, Electrical, Electronics +

Hi Just wanted to let you know that your videos inspire me to do some woodwork on my own. Thanks! Greetings from Poland

Your method is very practical and excellent and has many uses
Awesome thank you
Muito bem, ficou da hora.

This is so beautifully unnecessary. I love it.
Muito bom
